3.1 Your Generated Plans
You retain full ownership and copyright over the specific goals, custom tasks, notes, and projects you input and export using the Service. We claim zero ownership or licensing rights over your generated task blueprints.
3.2 Service Architecture
The website design, proprietary heuristic algorithms, styling, branding, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of AI Task Planner Labs.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT TASK BREAKDOWNS OR ESTIMATED TIMELINES WILL GUARANTEE SPECIFIC BUSINESS, ACADEMIC, OR COMMERCIAL OUTCOMES.
